Network Support Technician

Job Information:

Candidate will be responsible for helping our clients manage their  IT resources (networks, computers, software, etc).  We will provide extensive orientation and training for the new candidate.

Qualification and Hiring Criteria:

-Must be friendly, patient, customer service oriented

-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Products including Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, Windows Server 2000/2003 and Office 2000/XP/2003

-Experience with SMTP, IMAP, and POP3; preferred if experience with Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003

-Experience with AntiVirus programs and firewalls

-Ability research and find solutions to problems

-Strong desire to learn new technologies and products

-Ability to work with a team

-Ability to help users over the phone

-Good Driving Record

-Available to work nights and weekends if needed

-Certifications are preferred but not required: MCSE, A+, Network+, Security+ (Comptia, Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell, IBM)

-At least 2-5 years experience troubleshooting computer and network related problems.

-Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem/Contract
