Marketing Coordinator
Internship for Marketing Coordinator Position in Costa Mesa – Hours Flexible
We are looking for someone to join our marketing team. This is an internship position with possible permanent employment.
You will be responsible for working with management to develop and maintain the marketing plan and company image for an IT Service company.
The position starts at 20 hrs a week but for the right candidate permanent employment is possible. This is hourly work, on site at our location in Costa Mesa.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the creation of persuasive/effective marketing, and internal communication, web media material
- Work with the graphic designers to develop the business image (brochures, website content, flyers, cards, etc)
- Meets schedule and budget compliance for all media projects
- Adhere to branding and quality guidelines
- Optimization of web content to generate improved search engine ranking (Keyword research)
- Manage PPC advertising
- Supporting the sales team
- Sending out mailings (flyers, postcards, surveys, etc)
What are we looking for?
- Creative. Fun. Outgoing.
- 2-4 years experience developing marketing plans, and content
- Internet marketing technologies is a plus – Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Web Position Gold, RAW log files.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and some Adobe Products
- Strong design & layout skills
- Detailed oriented team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn
Terms of Employment:
Internship/Part Time/Per Diem/Contract
Compensation:
Entry Level $10/hr DOE – 20 hrs to start
